Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong teams and keeping operations running smoothly?

Novuskin, a leading medical spa in Las Vegas, is looking for a Part-Time HR Manager to support our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have a direct impact across all departments, from hiring to team development and retention.

Why This Role Stands Out

$35 – $50 per hour (based on experience)

Flexible part-time schedule (15–25 hours/week)

Work directly with ownership and leadership

Real impact — not a corporate, bureaucratic HR role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring for clinical, administrative, and support staff positions
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and leadership
  • Ensure HR practices, policies, and documentation remain compliant with labor laws and company standards
  • Help build and maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
  • Support performance management initiatives, employee development, and employee engagement efforts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks
