Location: Cleveland, OH 44130 (Westside)
Pay: $40,000–$50,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time - Temp to Hire “trial period” leading to direct hire opportunity.
Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Summary
We’re hiring an upbeat, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support front office operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, provides strong customer service support, and helps keep shipping & receiving organized and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Reception / Front Desk
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and route calls/messages professionally
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and general office coordination
  • Support scheduling and basic administrative tasks as needed
Customer Service
  • Assist customers via phone/email with orders, questions, and general support
  • Enter orders, update customer information, and track requests to completion
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate responses
Shipping & Receiving
  • Prepare shipping paperwork (packing slips, labels, BOLs) and coordinate pickups
  • Receive deliveries, verify counts, and help maintain organized inventory/records
  • Track shipments, update logs, and communicate shipment status internally/externally
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of administrative, reception, customer service, or shipping/receiving experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/shipping systems is a plus)
  • Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs occasionally (boxes, supplies)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping platforms or ERP/order entry systems
  • Manufacturing/warehouse office experience
