Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our hiring and onboarding efforts. This role focuses on sourcing entry-level talent, managing recruitment administration, and partnering with HR to deliver a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Source and attract entry-level and early-career candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and ATS pipelines
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess baseline qualifications and alignment
  • Maintain and organize candidate pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Prepare interview materials and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Track candidate progress and provide timely updates to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with verbal offers and support offer documentation in partnership with HR
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including start date communication, system access, and required documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires during the pre-boarding and onboarding process
  • Support onboarding execution to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience
  • Partner with HR on onboarding projects and process improvements
  • Perform daily audits of ATS (Workable) and LinkedIn pipelines to ensure accuracy and follow-up
  • Track recruiting KPIs, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill metrics
  • Support career fair coordination and attendance
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and onboarding workflows

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
