Job description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. This role supports the full-life cycle of talent acquisition and recruitment activities. The TA Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the candidate interview process to ensure a smooth and positive experience with all potential employees; scheduling and monitoring pre-employment background checks and drug testing; processing new-hire onboarding documentation; and facilitating and processing of candidate travel arrangements and expenses.

This individual will be working from our Oshkosh Global Headquarters in Oshkosh, WI.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to execute on the talent acquisition lifecycle.

  • Champions the candidate experience and ensures candidates are treated like customers as it relates to scheduling, providing feedback, answering questions, and providing status updates.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the candidate interview process, including scheduling, resource and room reservation and video conference set up.

  • Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks and drug testing results to Talent Acquisition Partner(s); escalate any discrepancies.

  • Facilitate candidate travel arrangements for interviews and process candidate expenses related to travel.

  • Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, including team members and business partners, to assist with recruiting and hiring needs.

  • Provide support for other TA processes, projects, and business initiatives, including candidate sourcing and screening and research, data collection, and utilizing information from Workday Recruiting for reporting.

  • Support recruiting related events as needed, attending at times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent with one (1) or more years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related area.

  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong customer focus and organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

$46,300.00 - $71,300.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
