In this role, you'll work to support the full recruitment lifecycle, enhance the candidate experience, coordinate onboarding, and help build strong talent pipelines across our growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition while making a direct impact on the success of our teams and communities.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone and video screenings.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Assist with preparing and presenting employment offers.
  • Help maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact through hire.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Collect and review new hire paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure new employees and supervisors are equipped with the tools and resources needed for a successful start.
  • Support and facilitate New Hire Orientation.

HR Administration & Team Support

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with personnel file management and electronic recordkeeping.
  • Support updates to job descriptions and recruiting materials.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Support various HR projects and administrative functions as assigned.

  • Recruiting and HR Administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools is highly desirable.
