Overview

As a key partner to the VP, Strategic Development Lead, this role provides essential research, coordination, and project management support to drive growth for the Groupe. The Manager will act as a detail-oriented project coordinator and account researcher, playing a hands-on role in ensuring strategic initiatives, prospect pursuits, and executive engagement programs are delivered with consistency, precision, and follow-through. Responsibilities

Project & Program Coordination:

  • Manage day-to-day project workflows across priority initiatives and prospect pursuits.
  • Maintain trackers, timelines, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare progress updates and materials for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Account Research & Insights:

  • Conduct research on prospects, categories, and competitors to inform engagement strategies.
  • Analyze and visualize data in Excel (pivot tables, trend analysis) to surface insights.
  • Translate data into polished, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Create concise briefs, one-pagers, and background materials for senior leadership.
  • Maintain an organized repository of profiles, insights, and reusable resources.

Team & Stakeholder Support:

  • Capture decisions, action items, and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure alignment.
  • Provide executional support to the VP, including intake, prioritization, and follow-through on initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in project management, account management, research, or strategic operations in a fast-paced or client-service environment.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in conducting research and distilling findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, able to manipulate data and develop polished executive-ready deliverables.
