Job Summary
The Manager, Top Producers & Strategic Development, is responsible for coaching and developing high-performing advisors to accelerate sales, enhance operational efficiency, and identify strategic opportunities for long-term success. Through a consistent cadence of engagement, this role provides individualized coaching, performance analysis, and business planning support, while fostering active participation in both group learning sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements.
In addition to advisor coaching, this position plays a key role in shaping and executing the network's training strategy. The Manager, Top Producers & Strategic Development guides the entire coaching team and provides monthly training initiatives, strategic guidance on training content, facilitates knowledge transfer, and drives reinforcement activities that support advisor development and business results.
Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Top Producing Franchises, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and business expansion. Maintain a minimum cadence of one coaching call per franchise each quarter.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each Top Producing Franchises' business objectives and collaborate with advisors to create customized growth strategies, marketing plans, and measurable performance goals.
  • Partner with Top Producing Franchises to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
  • Understand, train and leverage proprietary technology platforms and reporting tools to monitor advisor performance, track progress against goals, and analyze overall sales results.
  • Create and deliver personalized weekly communications through various channels, including email, newsletters, phone calls, and social media, to keep franchises informed of company initiatives, exclusive offers, marketing updates, sales opportunities, and operational changes.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning sessions with the Executive Team to identify and establish monthly training topics for the entire advisor network, including Power Hour and Let's Talk sessions.
  • Engage Top Producers through group coaching and networking forums, including Let's Talk and other peer-learning events.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training content and PowerPoint presentations for monthly Network webinars. Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and distribute supporting materials to the Business Development and Care teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Travel Industry
  • Proven Sales Training and Development experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to attend occasional Cruise Planners events as needed, outside of Home Office
  • Occasional Travel as needed
  • Occasionally work outside normal business hours and regular schedule
