Job Summary

The Senior Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for employees, executives, and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment. This role supports daily front desk operations, meeting and conference services, and overall office coordination to ensure a seamless workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors, manage arrivals and departures, and direct guests appropriately
• Serve as the main point of contact for front desk inquiries, providing information and support in a professional manner
• Enforce security protocols for visitors, contractors, and deliveries
• Manage meeting room reservations, coordinate logistics, and ensure rooms are properly set up
• Communicate meeting and event requirements with internal teams and external vendors
• Order catering, coordinate supplies, and support meeting and event execution
• Handle shipping and receiving, including preparing labels and processing packages
• Maintain office supplies inventory, including ordering and tracking
• Process invoices related to shipping, catering, and office needs
• Provide light administrative support such as printing, copying, and package handling
• Coordinate with building management, maintenance, and AV support as needed
• Maintain knowledge of office layout, amenities, and local resources to assist employees and guests
• Support safety, emergency procedures, and sustainability initiatives
• Build strong relationships with employees, vendors, and leadership to support daily operations
