Job description

Gunster Law Firm seeks a Corporate/Transactional Paralegal in its Tampa office. Key responsibilities include forming, dissolving, merging, and maintaining records for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; preparing and filing IRS forms for new entities; preparing governmental agencies reports, audit letter requests, corporate resolutions and partnership actions; reviewing purchase/sale agreements, drafting closing lists and organizing closing documents; researching state corporate statutes and securities laws; performing due diligence activities. Must have four years of relevant experience and excellent computer and written and verbal communication skills. Florida Registered Paralegal preferred.
