Job description

Gunster is seeking a full-time Legal Office Administrative Assistant in our Stuart office. This position provides administrative and operational support to paralegals & legal administrative assistants while helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. The role is responsible for covering reception duties when needed, maintaining conference rooms & office common areas, stocking office & kitchen supplies, while also assisting with filing, copying, calendaring, and providing general administrative support. Other duties include creating & updating spreadsheets, assisting with file openings, preparing client binders, and assisting with time entry.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to assist others, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior administrative, office support, or legal office experience is preferred.
