Front Office Support/Receptionist As our new Front Office Support/Receptionist, these will be your main responsibilities. * Answering Phone Calls * Handling Client Situations * Responding to/Solving Underwriting Memos * Handling Simple Billing * Taking and Processing Simple Policy Changes * Print ID Cards * Sharing Lost Title Bond Information * Sending out Agency Cards to Clients Existing clients will connect with you for a number of issues Your goal will be to provide them with exceptional service, and leave them feeling happy, every time. You will also connect with new, incoming clients who come to us seeking insurance services. You’ll uncover their needs by asking great questions, and send them to the appropriate agent to handle their needs. You’re a big picture thinker who can recognize opportunities to optimize service for our clients, save them time, and better protect their lives. You’ll take a proactive approach to understand their needs, so we can provide them the service and options that make sense for them, and that will truly improve their lives. For you, and for us, the most important thing is doing the right thing for our customers. The Right Fit A background in insurance, along with a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance License, would be a major asset in this role. If you don’t currently have a Georgia Property and Casualty Insurance license, you will be asked to obtain one within 90 days of joining our team. If you’ve got excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as a strong desire to advance your career in insurance, you will find success here.
