Job description

Client Overview
Our client is a pain management specialist with various offices throughout New Jersey. They are growing and looking to bring on additional Medical Receptionists to join their growing team. With over 5 offices in New Jersey, candidates will be expected to travel to multiple locations, with 50% of their week onsite in Somerset.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$22/hr
Position Overview
The Medical Receptionists will manage the front guest operations, verify insurance, collect co-pays, review patient information, and support the clinical teams in the offices. The hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some late shifts (until 8 pm) as needed monthly. Travel is required and expected of the role.
Responsibilities Of The Medical Receptionists
  • The Medical Receptionists will answer phones, schedule appointments, confirm patient information, and check in/out patients daily.
  • Verify insurance and benefit information for patients.
  • Review patient forms and upload documents into the system.
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks.
Required Experience/Skills For The Medical Receptionists
  • At least 1 year of experience with medical front desk or patient care experience is required.
  • Experience answering phones and dealing with a high call volume.
