FemmPro OB/GYN is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The Medical Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations within a fast-paced medical environment.

Medical Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

· Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answers or refers inquiries

· Handles a high volume of inbound or outbound calls

· Optimizes provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling

· Obtains prior authorizations for patients when necessary

· Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting co-payments and any previous outstanding balances

· Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, scanning documents, and updating personal and financial information into patient charts

Medical Receptionist Qualifications / Skills:

· Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

· Familiar with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

· Bilingual a plus
