A Healthcare Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient records in a healthcare setting. They serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Medical receptionists also verify insurance information, handle billing tasks, and assist with administrative duties to support the medical staff.
