We are a family-focused, high-performing practice providing advanced primary and medical eye care with a personal touch. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be one of the first and last people our patients interact with, making you an important part of creating an outstanding experience at every visit.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive first impression
  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient information
  • Complete paperwork and support general front-office operations
  • Help educate patients about routine and medical eye care
