Senior Receptionist

This team is responsible for providing consistent personalized service to our guests with the ultimate goal of achieving total guest satisfaction. To be a successful member of this team, a candidate should have a passion for service, a pleasant and energetic demeanor, and previous experience in a customer contact position. Great written and oral communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in additional languages (such as Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese) is highly preferred.
