This critical role ensures smooth administrative operations and provides exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with all patients and visitors in both required languages.

Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

Patient Greeting: Warmly and professionally greet customers and visitors, serving as the primary point of contact for the office.
Communication: Communicate effectively and fluently with patients and staff in both Spanish and English (Bilingual proficiency).
Administrative Operations: Maintain smooth front desk operations, including managing incoming calls and directing patient inquiries appropriately (Phone Etiquette).
Scheduling and Records: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient administrative records.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, resolving patient inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Salary Range

Full-time $10 - $11 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Operating Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Typical Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays off.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in Customer Service is required.
Language: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (speaking and understanding) is required.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in basic typing/administrative tasks.
Demeanor: Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor when greeting customers.

Previous administrative experience in a dental or medical office setting.
