Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist, Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as a member of our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a quiet environment, and takes pride in creating positive client experience. Position offers full-time hours (37.5 and paid for 40) per week with benefits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Spanish and English speaking clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
  • Support clients with empathy and professionalism during sensitive situations
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff regarding client needs and concerns
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform clerical tasks including processing mail and faxes, scanning documents, and data entry
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and office common spaces
