Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Position Overview

An established pediatric dental practice in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Dental Front Desk Coordinator to support the daily administrative operations of a busy clinical environment.


The Front Desk Coordinator plays a central role in creating a welcoming experience for children and families while helping maintain an organized and efficient schedule. As the first point of contact for patients, this position helps ensure the practice runs smoothly by coordinating appointments, managing patient communication, and supporting the overall flow of the office.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric setting where teamwork and patient experience are priorities.


Key Responsibilities


Front Office Operations

  • Manage daily patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes
