Job description

Biotech Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic person, with passion for the medical Aesthetics Business. You must have general computer knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) as well as experience with social Media networking, and email marketing. Must have excellent phone etiquette, inter personal and presentation skills. Flexible hours required. The right candidate must be able to diplomatically manage both staff and be socially graceful with clients. Previous experience with front desk , customer service, cross-selling, upselling, and/or referring products. Previous experience with medical Aesthetics and cosmetics products preferred (medical Spa, dermatologists or Plastic surgery office experience is a big Plus) Candidate MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities . Monitor and control daily operations including openning and closing procedures. . Handle all staff requests, needs, and complaints - including scheduling, training & development and protocols - in a professional and timely manner. . Respond to client concerns, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner. . Maintain all inventory - both retail and professional - while keeping costs to a minimum. . Facility maintenance: make sure is clean, functional, safe and up to date. . Create and implement marketing and promotional projects to spur growth and success.
