About the Role:

The Spa Front Desk is the first face our guests see when they walk through the door and that moment sets the tone for everything that follows. We're looking for someone warm, professional, and genuinely energized by making people feel taken care of. You'll be the hub of the spa experience: managing appointments, answering questions, handling transactions, and keeping the front of house running smoothly. If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering a polished first impression, this is a great fit.

There's also real room to grow here. We're invested in developing our team and this role can be a stepping stone into broader spa and resort opportunities.

About Grand View Lodge & Cote Hospitality:

For over 100 years, Cote Hospitality has crafted transformative guest experiences across world-class resorts and camps. At Grand View Lodge, that means exceptional wellness woven into a full resort lifestyle, golf, dining, events, and more, all grounded in our CoteCares culture of belonging, respect, and shared purpose. We're invested in your growth here: this role comes with real opportunity to advance and expand your skills within our spa program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism; you set the tone for their entire visit from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage phones, emails, and in-person inquiries with ease; book appointments, answer questions about services, and handle walk-in guests promptly.
  • Share knowledgeable recommendations on treatments, products, and add-ons that genuinely fit each guest's needs.
  • Process payments accurately and keep all charges, credits, and cash balanced at the start and end of each shift.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area at all times.
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor; escalate when appropriate.
  • Follow established safety, security, and operational protocols to keep the environment safe and enjoyable for guests and staff.
  • Pitch in on additional tasks as needed to keep the spa running smoothly, we're a team here.
  • This is a resort hospitality role; availability on weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons is required.

What you bring:

  • 1 year of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.
  • A warm, professional presence; you make people feel at ease the moment they walk in.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills; you stay composed and organized when things get busy.
  • Clear, friendly communication; whether face-to-face, on the phone, or via email.
  • Genuine problem-solving ability and composure under pressure; you find solutions, not reasons why something can't be done.
  • High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in everything you do.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Why join us:

You'll be part of a team that genuinely invests in its people. CoteCares isn't a tagline, it's how we show up for each other every day. You'll have the tools, support, and team culture to do your best work, with real opportunity to grow your career within our spa and resort program.
