Job description

We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the first face our clients see and the calm, organized force behind our day-to-day operations.


What You’ll Do

• Greet clients warmly and create a five-star first impression, every time
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and rebooking to keep our providers’ calendars full and running smoothly
• Check clients in/out, process payments, and handle point-of-sale transactions
• Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting front lobby and reception area
• Support providers with treatment prep, consent forms, and light administrative tasks
• Promote memberships, packages, and retail products
• Keep client records accurate and confidential in our EMR/scheduling system
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of front desk, customer service, or medical/spa reception experience preferred
• Warm, professional, and polished communication style
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer skills
• A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, or wellness is a big plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
