Position Overview:

Watermark Spas, Pools & Outdoor Living is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our customers and guests. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks, and helping ensure the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and provide top-level customer service
  • Schedule jobs, installations, and service appointments
  • Greet and assist customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
  • Receive and respond to emails and other communications
  • Keep the front desk and reception area organized and presentable
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
