Job description

Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and creating a relaxing atmosphere, managing spa appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for Spa and Salon services, being knowledgeable about the products and services available within the Spa and Salon to better make recommendations to the guests, completing daily checklists for opening and closing both Front Desk and Men's and Women's Spas, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the environment of the Back of House areas, Atrium, Front Desk, and Retail areas within the Spa Operations, securing the area by ensuring the premises are locked and all electrical equipment has been turned off when opening and closing the Spa and Salon, adhering to the policies, procedures, and SOP's of the Corporation and Spa Operations Department, and providing a positive guest service experience to each guest including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity, and enthusiasm to all guests.

Qualifications include six months experience as a Salon Receptionist or similar experience, the ability to obtain licenses required by state law, professional appearance and demeanor, and effective communication skills. Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is also required.
