The Opportunity:
The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for an Engaging and Detailed Part Time Spa Receptionist to join their Spa team. The Spa Receptionist is an integral part of the Spa team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival, departure and overall relaxing experience while visiting our Spa. This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
Who We Look For: Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in guest service experience and a genuine passion for Hospitality and wellness. They will enjoy supporting the management team in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa while promoting a fun and relaxing environment. Some additional qualifications for the role; flexible schedule, and ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
• One to two years of luxury Spa experience is preferred.
• Experience in working with Book4Time or other booking software
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
• Ability to work well and maintain organization in a fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Compensation:
$18.00 - $28.00 Hourly
