Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic/gel extensions, and nail art.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for all tools, workstations, and the salon environment, following state board regulations.
  • Assess clients’ nail health and recommend appropriate treatments or aftercare advice.
  • Stay up to date on current nail trends, products, and techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and upselling of products or add-on services.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a positive, team-oriented salon atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Current Nail Technician license issued by the state (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role (a portfolio of work is a plus).
  • Knowledge of nail care treatments and trends including gel, dip powder, acrylics, and nail art.
