We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury salon and spa experience.
Schedule at the HILLIARD LOCATION
30-40 hours per week
  • Open availability for ALL shifts required; flexibility to work a variety of days, hours, and times and must be available to work weekdays until 9pm
  • 30-40 hours per week
  • Weekday shifts: availability required (schedule varies) must be available to work until close / 9pm -9:30pm
  • Up to 3 Saturdays per month, with open availability between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM

• Expert customer service and communication skills which include telephone and email etiquette
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Detail-oriented
• Commitment to guest care and ongoing professional growth
• Strength in computer skills and ability to learn new software
