Job description

The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of a medium-sized team (6-15 staff) specializing in skincare and facial treatments. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, growing revenue, and advancing staff training within the spa. The manager will utilize spa management software to streamline operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities
