Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and guest services
- Develop and implement service standards to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities
- Recruit, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with other resort departments to promote spa services and special packages
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative treatments and services
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in spa management or hospitality management, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and industry standards
- Ability to manage budgets, sales, and marketing strategies
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
- Certification or licensing in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields is a plus
