Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and guest services

- Develop and implement service standards to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests

- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities

- Recruit, train, and motivate spa staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment

- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
