Job Description
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Support the daily Spa Operations team, including Spa Attendants, Spa Experience Coordinators, and Providers
  • Provide leadership and direction for the day to day operations of the Spa with a focus on service and operational logistics
  • Connect with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Work shifts at the Spa arrival desk and retail store
  • Sell and communicate with guests all Spa offerings
  • Ensure accurate accounting, shift balancing and cash handling procedures
  • Assist as manager-on-duty, based on business demands and as scheduled
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facilities
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • Assist in overall management responsibilities as needed
  • Follow all health and safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned

$29.00 Hourly
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in a luxury destination or full service Spa.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish an asset
  • Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
