What You'll Do: About the Team You will join a high-growth go-to-market team focused on expanding CoreWeave's footprint across enterprise and AI-native organizations. The team works closely across sales, marketing, and product to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving AI and machine learning landscape. About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within target accounts. You will partner closely with marketing and account executives to execute outbound campaigns and convert inbound interest into qualified meetings. This role requires strong communication, research, and prospecting skills, as well as the ability to understand and articulate CoreWeave's value proposition in the AI and machine learning space. You will operate in a highly collaborative environment, contributing directly to revenue growth while building foundational sales skills.
Who You Are:
  • Proven understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Experience conducting outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn with a high level of personalization
  • Ability to meet or exceed qualified meeting quotas tied to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage lead activity and pipeline development
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and relevant industry signals
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical product value propositions, including handling objections and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
