Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing team performance, and driving operational efficiency at Olli Salumeria. This role will serve as a vital link between sales, marketing, and other functional teams to ensure alignment and support the achievement of sales targets
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (not restrictive)
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Sales Tools Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems to ensure usability and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Training amp; Support: Develop and deliver training programs for sales staff on tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Forecasting amp; Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and communication.
  • Performance Management: Reinforce KPIs for the sales team, monitor performance, and implement/recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the sales operations budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Education, Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Required:
