Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Medical Administrative Assistant / Patient Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team and assisting with patient support services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients with our medical team

- Collect and update patient information and medical records

- Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
