ย Pay Rate: $16.56ย 

12 hours per week- mornings

GENERAL SCOPE: Provides Clerical Support to the Medical Records department including scanning, filing, document management and scheduling.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: High school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and computer skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent professional communication skills.

ย ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position will assist the administrative assistant and other team members with the following:

  • Scan and upload documents into Jewish Home medical record.
  • File and maintain HIPAA compliant clinical records.
  • Fax and email documents.
  • Assist with other clerical duties as assigned such as clinic scheduling.
  • Provide support to medical consultants.
  • All other job duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Previous clerical, administrative, or medical office experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records systems a plus.
