We're always looking to connect with talented Regional Service Managers who are interested in future opportunities within our growing multifamily portfolio. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily communities
  • Recruit, coach, and develop Service Managers and maintenance team members
  • Support communities in achieving goals related to work order completion, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and resident satisfaction
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and maintenance best practices
  • Partner with operations teams to improve property performance and resident retention
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, inventory controls, and expense management
  • Assist with capital improvement projects, rehabs, due diligence, and property transitions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety programs, and risk management initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Assist with emergency response efforts and support communities during maintenance-related challenges

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Previous Regional Service Manager, Regional Maintenance Manager, or equivalent multifamily maintenance leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
  • Proven success leading and developing maintenance teams across multiple properties
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, vendors, capital projects, and operational performance
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • EPA Certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout an assigned portfolio
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
