Job description

Construction Regional Service Director position in Richmond, VA This is a permanent, full time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities: Ensure projects are at or ahead of deadlines. Track construction schedules and budget.

Maintenance inspections throughout the year to meet company standards. Identify and hire the best professionals. Also, mentor and train Assistant Regional Service Managers, field members, vendors, and help them grow within the company.

Ability to attend and manage multiple jobs that are local to Richmond, VA. Or several locations in other states. Physical work that may include: walking, sitting, lifting 40+ pounds, among other tasks.

Build and attain effective, profitable winning bids/margins for all projects. On-time, and under budget, exceed general contractor and building owner requirements Build and maintain relationships with Owners and field members. Coordinate and get pricing of materials from vendors to ensure execution supports compliance with established criteria and specifications of project.

Ensure projects are completed safely following state building, federal laws, and health/safety rules and regulations. Requirements: 4+ years of Residential Property Management field experience working on large residential HVAC and Plumbing projects (multi-family), required to understand blueprints. Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
