Are you the person everyone turns to when the shop needs to stay on track, equipment needs to be ready, and the team needs direction?

We're looking for a Service Manager to lead a heavy equipment service operation in Hazlehurst, GA. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the shop, lead a team of technicians, and play a key role in the success of a growing business.

You'll oversee maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, and attachments while managing workflow, prioritizing equipment readiness, and supporting a productive, safety-focused team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation and leading from the front.

The ideal candidate has experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, diesel, or fleet maintenance and has successfully led technicians, mechanics, or service personnel. We're looking for someone who knows how to balance people, priorities, and equipment while keeping quality and accountability high.

  • Lead an established service operation with real ownership
  • Work with a wide variety of heavy equipment and fleet assets
  • Partner with a leadership team committed to growth
  • Make a direct impact on equipment uptime, efficiency, and team performance
  • Build on an already successful operation and help take it to the next level

If you've managed a shop, supervised technicians, or served as a foreman and are ready for the next step, we'd like to talk with you.
