Regional Service Delivery Coordinator

The Division of Family & Community Services is seeking to hire a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with expertise in program operations, performance monitoring, and process improvement to serve as the Regional Service Delivery Coordinator for a regional office. This position serves as a regional level administrator in the integration of initiatives and strategies to achieve service delivery goals for regional Family Community Resource Centers in the Division of Family and Community Services. The Division helps Illinois residents by connecting them with many programs and services. Through our programs, services and prevention efforts, the Division improves the health and well-being of individuals and promotes self-sufficiency and integrity of families of Illinois. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with higher level and lower-level positions within the agency. The individual must be able to analyze information from reports and observation, provide technical assistance for administrators and staff. The individual must be able to maintain the integrity of confidential information.

Essential Functions As Regional Service Delivery Coordinator, works with regional level managers and Family and Community Resource Center Administrators in the integration of initiatives and strategies to achieve service delivery goals. Provides pro-active managerial oversight of the FCRC's designed to improve and maintain accurate and timely delivery of services. Provides managerial development. Provides support and assists the FCRC administrative teams regarding staffing transactions and reports. Promotes and maintains working relationships with stakeholders. Serves as customer service liaison. Performs other duties as or required which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.

Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years college. Requires three (3) years progressively responsible administrative service delivery experience in a health or human services organization. Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of administrative experience overseeing program operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and monitoring performance outcomes to meet agency goals. Three (3) years of administrative experience organizing, planning, executing, controlling, and evaluating the operations of service delivery process for a public or private organization. Three (3) years of administrative experience working with public assistance program policies, such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Cash and Medicaid, regulatory/business requirements, and confidentiality standards, ensuring compliance in daily operations. Three (3) years of administrative experience meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail and the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced environment. Three (3) years of administrative experience performing quality control assessments and monitoring activities for a public or private business organization. Three (3) years of professional experience communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.

Conditions of Employment Requires ability to travel in the performance of duties, with overnight stays as appropriate. Requires the ability to work outside normal business hours.
