Regional Area Manager

At Collins Pool Management (CPM), we are a team of dedicated commercial pool professionals delivering best-in-class service to over 300 community pools. Our success is built on three values — Communication, Cooperation, and Care — ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and our employees thrive in a supportive, high-performance environment.

We are seeking a Regional Area Manager to oversee operations, drive customer satisfaction, manage service teams, and ensure all pools meet company, community, and regulatory standards. This leadership role demands exceptional organizational skills, operational oversight, and a hands-on approach to solving challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence
  • Ensure CPM and community standards are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
  • Schedule and oversee timely, effective repairs in response to service requests.
  • Track daily communications and ensure all work orders are written and prioritized appropriately.
  • Monitor routes daily to ensure service completion and quality logs.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Oversee Maintenance Supervisors and Service Technicians, ensuring proper coverage and efficient scheduling.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings, regular safety meetings, and ongoing training in product knowledge, pool operations, and safety regulations.
  • Address under performance through coaching, follow-ups, and, if necessary, corrective action.
  • Conduct weekly (in-season) and bi-weekly (off-season) field audits.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Manage pool opening and closing schedules for 100+ pools, ensuring all pools open on time and meet inspection requirements.
  • Coordinate repairs, write estimates, and communicate scheduling changes to customers.
  • Oversee GPS tracking and time card accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all counties and state pool codes, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
  • Asset & Facility Management
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and shop areas in clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Implement inventory and tracking systems for tools and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage, transport, and handling of chemical products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, facilities, or service management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in using scheduling, GPS, and online work order systems.
  • Knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, and safety codes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay — salaried year-round pay, plus commissions.
  • Full Benefits Package — health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company Vehicle — with take-home privileges.
  • Paid Time Off — plus paid training and ongoing professional development.
  • Work-Life Balance — year-round employment stability.
  • Employee Appreciation — company outings, sporting events, and recognition programs.
  • Growth Opportunities — leadership training and advancement potential.

Join a company where operational excellence meets community care.
