As an Account Executive focused on new customer acquisition at Bluehost, you will lead a high-velocity outbound sales motion targeting small and medium-sized businesses. This role is built for a true hunter, someone who thrives on cold calling, building pipeline from scratch, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will leverage modern sales tools, data-driven insights, and a consultative approach to introduce Bluehost's platform and drive net-new revenue growth.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark
  • Own Outbound Pipeline Creation: Drive net-new business through high-volume cold calling, email, and social outreach to SMBs and entrepreneurs

  • Execute a True Hunting Motion: Identify, target, and engage new prospects with no prior relationship to Bluehost

  • Qualify & Convert Opportunities: Quickly assess customer needs, qualify opportunities, and move prospects efficiently through the funnel

  • Run Full Sales Cycle: From first touch through close, own discovery, objection handling, and deal execution

  • Drive New Logo Acquisition: Focus on bringing in new customers and expanding Bluehost's footprint in the SMB market

  • Position Value, Not Just Product: Act as a trusted advisor to educate prospects on how Bluehost solutions power their online presence and growth

  • Maintain High Activity & Performance: Consistently hit daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings set, pipeline generated) and MRR targets
