We are looking for a VP, Strategic Finance to partner directly with the CFO and executive leadership team to drive strategic planning, financial performance, operational rigor, and long-term value creation.
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, GTM, Product, and Strategy, supporting high-impact decisions across growth, investment, and operational efficiency.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.
  • Strategic planning & forecasting - Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, performance analysis, and financial strategy aligned with company growth objectives

  • Executive business partnering - Act as a key advisor to CFO and executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions

  • GTM strategy, performance, and partnership - Drive insights across Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize revenue growth and efficiency while aligning on business strategies and priorities

  • Revenue & KPI ownership - Oversee and refine performance metrics such as MRR, net retention, cohort growth, and unit economics to regularly improve the business

  • Investment & capital allocation - Evaluate strategic initiatives, new markets, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities

  • Executive reporting - Build and present high-impact narratives for leadership, board, and investors

  • Team leadership - Build, mentor, and scale high-performing finance and operations teams

Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
  • 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting

  • Strong experience in SaaS, high-growth technology environments, and driving transformation

  • Proven track record of partnering with C-level executives; experience with Investor Relations, Board reporting, and communications

  • Deep understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and revenue models and core business metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, etc.)

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and storytelling skills with experience using data tools

  • Experience implementing and using AI tooling (Claude, CoPilot, Gemini, etc) to drive business performance

  • Ability to influence and drive decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
