Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeks a Recruiting Assistant to join one of its U.S. offices. The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with the a Recruiting Manager and other Recruiting Team members to execute the Firm's summer associate and entry-level recruitment initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings using Outlook and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Create, maintain, and update candidate records within the ATS to ensure accurate and timely data.
  • Manage relationships with external search firms, including tracking agreements, communications, and performance.
  • Collect, track, and analyze recruiting metrics to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvement.
  • Support the recruiting team by executing ad hoc projects and assisting with operational needs as they arise.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform all responsibilities with accuracy and consistency.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a high standard of attendance.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive Firm information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

COMPENSATION: The national estimated salary range for this role is $37,000-$59,000. Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
