Position Summary

This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to think and react quickly, and serve clients with the utmost dedication.  The Implementation Specialist provides timely and accurate set-up of new accounts and processes subsequent payrolls as necessary until it is determined that the payroll has been set up accurately and is running correctly.

Your Role                            

  • Oversees accurate, timely and successful implementation and conversion of Execupay products through entire implementation cycle.
  • Complete the necessary steps to enter the client’s information in the applicable platform (This process may include but is not limited to making welcome calls, copying paperwork and providing set up information to other departments as necessary).

  • Coordinates client training to ensure that clients receive all appropriate training.

  • Assesses the appropriate method and identifies resources for the conversion of client data to Execupay systems and software.

  • Analyze client needs and provide proper recommendations for product features/enhancements to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Process initial payrolls for the client until payroll is set up correctly before the client is assigned to representative/team.

  • Balance client’s YTD earnings and taxes. 

  • Support incoming client calls regarding payroll software and their general payroll needs.

  • Ensures products are configured and/or adapted to meet each client's needs.

  • Handle confidential client information.

  • Assist fellow employees with work overflow.

  • Capability to frequently juggle shifting priorities and deadlines while dealing with various complex issues at a department or functional level.

Your Requirements 

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 2+ years of experience with multi-state payroll

  • 1+ years of experience with implementing payroll clients

  • CPP preferred but not required

  • Payroll service bureau experience (ADP, Paychex, Ceridian…)

  • Working knowledge of payroll best practices

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations

  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications

  • Strong work ethic and team player

  • High degree of professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem resolution skills

  • Experience working in fast-paced, structured work environment

  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours
