Payroll Implementation Consultant

ADP seeks a Payroll Implementation Consultant to onboard and support new payroll clients, ensuring they achieve proficiency with ADPโ€™s products and services. The role focuses on delivering expert project guidance, driving client satisfaction, and continually enhancing implementation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ADPโ€™s payroll solutions by combining analytic and projectโ€‘management skills to simplify complex information for clients.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, leading the workflow of the project team and optimizing system configurations and product upgrades.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing timely solutions within clientโ€‘defined timelines and maintaining engagement throughout implementation.
  • Resolve issues and provide solutions independently, ensuring accuracy of all client setup aspects.
  • Collaborate with client project team members, ADP associates in sales and customer service, and provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements.
  • Coach, mentor, and serve as an escalation point for lessโ€‘experienced implementation specialists.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a businessโ€‘toโ€‘business client service or systems integration environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multiโ€‘task.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to recognize basic procedural issues and escalation to the appropriate level.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.
