The UKG Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, with a primary focus on Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules. The consultant will lead requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support while partnering with client stakeholders to deliver workforce management solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM solutions, including Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy workforce management solutions to meet client business needs.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide strategic guidance and best practices for UKG Workforce Management implementations.
• Conduct workshops and working sessions with client stakeholders to define objectives and solution requirements.
• Configure and maintain workforce management rules, pay policies, schedules, accrual plans, and attendance programs.
• Support integration design and implementation activities involving UKG, Kronos WIM, Dell Boomi, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support as needed.
• Collaborate with business users, client leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to support adoption and ongoing operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within workforce management functions.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure solutions align with workforce management best practices and client business requirements.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
• Proven expertise with Timekeeper, Accruals & Absence Management, and Attendance modules.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Dimensions and workforce management processes.
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in large, complex environments with multiple vendors and client stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable workforce management solutions.
• Experience with Kronos WIM and/or Dell Boomi integrations is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Certifications Required:
• Preferred UKG Pro WFM Certifications and/or Kronos Workforce Management Certifications
