Ford Racing is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their Brand & Partnerships team as the Red Bull Partnership Manager.

The Ford Racing Partnership Manager, Red Bull will lead the strategic activation, growth, and commercialization of the relationship between Ford Racing and Red Bull across global business units. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Ford Racing, Ford Motor Company business units, Red Bull global and regional teams, agency partners, dealerships, licensing teams, and marketing organizations to create breakthrough cultural moments and measurable business impact.

This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days onsite in Concord, NC.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience in the field of Partnership Management, marketing, business development or strategy.

  • Collaborate with Ford global marketing, Ford Racing vehicle teams, regional business units, and Red Bull leadership to scale partnership opportunities internationally.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and business cases demonstrating ROI, audience growth, cultural relevance, and revenue opportunities.
  • Help establish Ford Racing as a culturally relevant lifestyle brand through immersive experiences and modern fan engagement.
