Location: Hybrid/Florida Remote

Compensation: $25 hourly plus Commission
Vacatia is looking for an organized, relationship-driven Partnerships Coordinator to support our Strategic Marketing team through venue partnership management, event coordination, and field marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, managing multiple projects, and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.

As a Partnerships Coordinator, youll serve as the primary point of contact for venue and event partners within your assigned market while coordinating logistics and supporting successful marketing activations. Youll work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, schedule events, monitor performance, and ensure operational excellence across all assigned partnerships and venues.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and show partners
  • Coordinate event scheduling, logistics, and partner communication
  • Submit and support event opportunities through the approval process
  • Monitor event performance and provide feedback and observations to leadership
  • Ensure company policies, qualification standards, and brand expectations are consistently followed
  • Support field marketing operations and work events directly as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to drive operational success
