Partnership Coordinator
Washington, DC | Full-time | Contingent upon contract award
Job Description
Safal Partners is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to support a federal workforce development contract. This role focuses on employer engagement and partnership development activities, supporting the tracking, coordination, and documentation of relationships with employers, operators, and other workforce stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple engagement pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports employer engagement activities, including outreach, follow-up, and relationship tracking
  • Maintains and updates engagement pipelines, contact records, and partnership documentation
  • Prepares meeting materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up action items for stakeholder sessions
  • Assists with planning and facilitating virtual meetings and partner convenings
  • Drafts correspondence, summaries, and sections of reports or resource guides related to partnership activities
  • Supports development of client-facing materials related to employer and operator engagement
  • Assists with quality control and formatting across partnership-related deliverables
  • Supports internal knowledge management and tracking systems for partnership workstreams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite in Washington, DC
  • Experience in consulting, research, education, workforce development, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-oriented approach
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • All contractor personnel must pass a background check with no evidence of federal, state, or local felony charges or convictions prior to assignment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal or state-funded initiatives
  • Familiarity with Job Corps or similar workforce programs
  • Experience with CRM tools or employer engagement tracking systems
