The Role
We're looking for a Partnership & Business Development Manager to help us build the business side of DeoVR, featuring unparalleled VR streaming infrastructure and exclusive pioneering technologies.
We're looking for a strong business operator to help us build partnerships and open doors for new businesses.
We are an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent us in business conversations, spot opportunities, and turn them into real partnerships.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and impact-driven.
What You Will Do
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue business partnerships with enterprise partners, platforms, content networks, and technology providers.
  • Represent DeoVR in business sectors, industry events, conferences, and investor-facing meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Create and deliver pitch decks, partnership proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
  • Work directly with leadership to define partnership strategy and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal teams to scope, structure, and execute partnerships.
  • Support fundraising-related activities, including investor outreach, introductions, and follow-ups.
  • Track partnership pipelines, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring clear ownership and execution.
  • Turn exploratory conversations into concrete agreements, pilots, or long-term collaborations.
  • Contribute best practices and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven B2B experience in partnerships or business development within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses
  • Fluent English, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations
  • Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear partner value
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, clients, and markets
  • Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
  • Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and partnership outcomes
