Position Summary

SRV Refrigeration is seeking a relationship-driven Partnership Manager to develop, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships that support business growth and customer success. This role serves as the primary liaison between SRV Refrigeration, manufacturers, vendors, distributors, and key customers to ensure partnerships are productive, collaborative, and aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable using modern technology (including AI tools), and skilled at resolving issues through collaboration. They are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced HVACR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partnership-related communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships that increase revenue, improve customer experience, and strengthen market presence.
  • Facilitate meetings with partners to discuss performance, new opportunities, and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve operational, service, and customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Track partnership performance, contract milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation of agreements, communications, and project timelines.
  • Utilize CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI-powered tools to improve organization, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for leadership and partners.
  • Assist with onboarding new partners and coordinating training or product information.
  • Gather customer and partner feedback to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Represent SRV Refrigeration professionally at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer relations, account management, partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience in the HVACR, refrigeration, construction, industrial distribution, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Comfortable learning and using business software and AI-powered productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, CRM automation, or similar platforms).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.
