Job description

About the Role
Abnormal AI is redefining email and cloud security through behavioral AI, and our strategic partnerships are a core part of how we bring that mission to market. As a Strategic Alliances Manager, you will own a portfolio of Abnormal's highest-priority partnerships end to end-beginning with CrowdStrike and Cyera, and expanding to include other top-tier alliances as they graduate to the managed phase.
The CrowdStrike relationship sits at the center of our alliances strategy: a multi-year, investor-backed partnership spanning co-sell, endpoint and identity integrations, SIEM, malware analysis, and the CrowdXDR Alliance. The Cyera partnership represents a key growth relationship in the data security space with strong joint GTM momentum. You will serve as the connective tissue between Abnormal and each of your partners across field sales, product, and executive stakeholders globally.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing strategic alliances within the cybersecurity industry, a strong co-sell track record, and genuine passion for building partnerships that create measurable outcomes for joint customers.
What You Will Do
  • Own Abnormal's global relationships with CrowdStrike, Cyera, and other managed-phase strategic partners across co-sell, field enablement, programs, executive alignment, and joint GTM execution.
  • Facilitate and manage co-selling opportunities, account mapping, and joint sales engagements between partner field teams and Abnormal.
  • Drive pipeline development with partner field sellers and alliance counterparts, tracking opportunities and bookings to provide accurate forecasts and funnel management reports.
  • Develop and deliver joint GTM initiatives, sales enablement content, and training to accelerate adoption across each partner's ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across your partner portfolio to drive strategic alignment, investment, and joint planning.
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans per partner, including pipeline targets, performance goals, and execution strategies.
  • Represent Abnormal at partner events including CrowdStrike's Fal.Con, Cyera events, partner summits, and industry conferences, identifying ecosystem alignment opportunities with regional and national channel partners.
  • Serve as the escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues requiring partner coordination.
  • Manage partner lifecycle transitions: when a strategic alliance reaches the managed phase, onboard it into your portfolio and establish structured joint planning from day one.
AI-Forward Mindset
At Abnormal AI, we believe in using AI to make everyone more productive and effective. In this role, you will be expected to:
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, pipeline analysis, account research, and enablement content creation.
  • Demonstrate comfort experimenting with emerging AI tools and actively seek ways to incorporate them into your workflow.
  • Bring an AI-forward perspective to partner conversations, articulating how Abnormal's AI-native platform differentiates across your partner ecosystems.
Must Haves
  • 5+ years of alliance or partner management experience, including direct experience managing strategic co-sell relationships with CrowdStrike, Cyera, or comparable top-tier cybersecurity or data security platform vendors.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience with a solid understanding of security ecosystems, endpoint and identity security, and how enterprise security teams buy and operate.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale co-sell pipeline across multiple partners simultaneously, with a track record of driving measurable revenue growth through alliance partnerships.
  • Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders at both Abnormal and partner organizations.
  • Ability to operate independently and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple partners and stakeholders across organizations.
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute at a tactical level, from account mapping sessions to QBR preparation.
  • Organized and process-oriented: able to maintain structured joint business plans, forecasts, and cadences across a portfolio of managed partnerships.
Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships within CrowdStrike's alliance, field sales, or BD organization.
  • Existing relationships within Cyera's alliance or field organization.
  • Experience with the CrowdXDR Alliance, Falcon Fund partner ecosystem, or CrowdStrike Marketplace programs.
  • Familiarity with data security, DLP, or DSPM platforms and the Cyera ecosystem.
  • Technical familiarity with email security, identity threat detection, or SIEM platforms.
  • Prior experience at or as a partner to a high-growth cybersecurity company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

#LI-TY1
Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Base salary range:
$193,840-$228,000 USD
