We are seeking a motivated Partner Service Associate to support co-selling with strategic technology partners across ZS accounts. This role focuses on coordinating collaboration with leading cloud and data technology partners, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake. You will support opportunity development, pipeline tracking, and joint go-to-market activities while working closely with internal account teams and partner stakeholders.
What you'll do: Strategic Alliances Senior Associate will work across the following...
Account Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner contacts to support opportunity development, resolve issues, and help progress partner-influenced deals.
  • Prepare materials for internal QBRs and business reviews with Client Service Teams.
  • Support joint account planning and account mapping with internal account teams and partner sellers to identify target accounts, align coverage, and advance co-sell opportunities.

Partnership Governance:
  • Support ongoing partner relationships to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate scheduling and materials for partner reviews and joint planning sessions.
  • Support partner and internal field teams by organizing playbooks, sales materials, training sessions, and readiness activities that enable joint go-to-market execution.

Pipeline Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data for partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against goals.
  • Track key performance indicators such as partner-influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, stage progression, and forecast accuracy, and flag risks or actions needed to support performance improvement.

Operational Support:
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for partner sales activities.

Marketing:
  • Partner with the Partner Marketing team to develop and support joint marketing campaigns.
  • Support partner program processes such as co-sell alignment, deal registration, marketplace motions, and funding or incentive requests in coordination with alliance and marketing teams.

What you'll bring:
Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in technology business development, partner management, sales operations, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems, co-sell motions or alliance programs across cloud and data platforms is a plus.
